Procedures in case of absence:
On the first day, you must call Stolt main number 24102824 and your chairman at the customer before working hours begin. SMS is not approved.
Tell us what it is about, your own sickness, children’s sickness, or what is it about.
When using a self-report, you must call the Stolt main telephone number if you are still sick on day 2 and day 3
The first day you are healthy again, the self-declaration must be filled in, signed, and delivered to us.
(Either by delivering at the office or sending it by e-mail (hms@stoltbemanning.no)
When using a sick note, it is okay to call the first day of absence, but you must then inform us about how long the absence will last.
As a rule, a sick note is sent electronically from your doctor, it is important that you go to Ditt Nav and fill in the necessary information. Otherwise, we as an employer will not receive your sick leave.
In the event of a sick leave in paper form, it is important that part C + D is submitted / submitted to the employer.
The sick note must be original and the self-declaration on part D of the sick note must be filled in and signed.
In order to be entitled to payment of sickness benefit, the sick leave report must be sent / submitted to the employer within 14 days, otherwise the right to sickness benefit lapses.
If you do not maintain these rules, the right to payment of sickness benefits will lapse.
In the event of abuse of absence rules, you may risk not having your absence approved. And in the worst case, if this is repeated, your employment with us may be in danger.
If you are on long-term sick leave, NAV pays sickness benefits after the first 16 calendar days. You must still go to Ditt Nav and fill in the necessary information, so that we as your employer and Nav receive your sick leave. For sick leave in paper form, you must send / hand in part C. Part D you deliver directly to your local NAV office.
We as your employer are obliged to follow you up, to ensure that you as our employee are taken care of in a good way.
Whether it is a short-term or long-term illness, we will keep in touch with you.
You as an employee are also obliged to be involved in this process, in order to provide us and Nav with the necessary information. In the event of sick leave, you must help to find solutions and measures that enable you to return to work in whole or in part as quickly as possible.
You have a duty to attend follow-up discussions with us as an employer and Nav and must actively participate in the preparation and implementation of the follow-up plan. You must participate in internal measures that can contribute to full or partial return to work.
If you do not participate in this process, your rights to pay sickness benefits may lapse.
The day (s) you are sick, you must be on assignment. (Have assignment confirmation)
In other words, you should have worked that day (s) for Stolt if you had not been sick
Right to self-declaration
After 2 months in work (continuous) at Stolt
Max. 3 calendar days per self-report (Friday through Monday = 4 days)
Max. 4 self-reports for 12 months.
After 4 times within 12 months, one loses the right to use
self-reports for 6 months (you can use sick leave during that period)
There must be at least 16 calendar days between 2 self-notifications (Working days)
You can not use self-declaration within 16 calendar days after a sick leave.
After a stay of more than 14 days without a valid absence, you must accrue rights again.
Right to sick leave
After 4 weeks of work (continuous) at Stolt
The day / days you are on sick leave must be on assignment. (Have assignment confirmation)
In other words, you should have worked that day / those days for Stolt AS if you had not been ill
The first 16 calendar days are paid by Stolt.
After 16 calendar days, NAV pays sickness benefits.
After a stay of more than 14 days without a valid absence, you must accrue rights again
